My signature dance technique is meditation. It stems from many years of practicing dance and doing yoga. Yoga dance is a unique type of dancing meditation that focuses on the body’s energy centers.
I had been teaching it in Yoga Lotus Belgrade since 2013 and several other places around Belgrade until I left on my trip to Asia, where yoga dance became available to people from all over the world. I intended to transform and inspire through movement.
After many years of traveling and teaching around Asia, yoga dance has developed into Ananda Dance..
A new empowered version Ananda dance uses different tools and combinations of yoga, elements of nature, advanced meditation, and other techniques.
